Flowers are "as pretty as a picture," but in this case they are the picture. A simple picture frame hung on a wall holds one bud vase and one flower. Of course if you're ambitious, imagine a wall of framed flowers. Make your own art with Framed Flowers. Here's how:
Materials:
| |
- Wall picture frame of any size
- 1 sheet of plain background paper (the color depends on your taste, black, blue, white, green etc.)
- Small bud vase to coordinate with the size of the wall frame
- Self adhesive hook and loop fastener
- Floral clippers
- Floral preservative
| Directions:
Step 1 - Place the background paper in the wall picture frame.
Step 2 - Place self adhesive hook and loop fastener on the bud vase and the glass of the picture frame. (Placement could be centered or off to one side.) Just make sure that the hook and loop fastener on the bud vase and the hook and loop fastener on the picture frame meet. In order to hold the weight of the water filled vase, two pieces of hook and loop fastener may be needed for both the frame and vase.
Step 3 - Now fill the bud vase with water and your favorite fresh cut flower.
Step 4 - Attach the hook and loop fastener on the bud vase to the hook and loop fastener on the picture frame and hang it!
