Spice Up The Holidays - Recipe by Jill Slater

Materials:

Spice Up The Holidays
  • Filled spice jars
  • 2 stems of the following: red Gerbera daisies, red roses, red standard carnations and holly with berries
  • Floral clippers and flower food/preservative
Directions:
Step 1 - Empty the spice jars.

Step 2 - Now fill the jars with water that has been treated with flower food/preservative and place them randomly throughout the rack.

Step 3 - Cut the flowers to the height of the jars - the flower bloom should sit on the rim of the jar. Now insert flowers into the jars.

Step 4 - Keep the jars filled with water, adding water/flower food solution as needed.
