Materials:

- One sheet 8.5" x 17" paper with photo of child (do it yourself or take to a printing shop)
- Double sided tape or 2 decorative stickers
- 1 paper towel
- 1 to 3 watertubes
- 1 to 3 flowers
- Floral preservative, scissors and clippers

Step 1 - Lay the paper flat on a table. Bring the lower left-hand corner of the paper to the upper right corner of the paper. This begins to form and ice-cream cone shape with the paper.

Step 2 - Use double side tape or decorative stickers to secure the cone.
|
|
|
Step 3 - Insert the paper towel into the bottom of the cone. Finally, fill the watertube with water and insert the flower. Cut the flower so that just the bloom of the flower fills the opening of the cone.
