Materials:

- Black purse, approximately 9-inches long x 7-inches high
- 2 water glasses that fit inside the purse
- 20 stems white standard carnations
- 15 stems white wax flower
- Plastic bag, as liner for the purse
- 2 rubberbands
- Floral preservative, scissors and clippers

| Directions:

Step 1 - Insert the plastic bag into the purse, as liner. Cut to fit if necessary.

|
Step 2 - Fill the glasses with water that have been treated with floral preservative.
Carefully insert the glasses into the purse.

|
Step 3 - Cut the flowers to about 8-inches in length.
|
|
|
Step 4 - If you are right handed hold the flowers in your left hand. Hold the flowers just under their blooms. Surround the first flower with another flower and wax flower. Each flower head should be at the same height.

|
Step 5 - Make 2 bunches (one for each glass) then turn the bouquet upside down and rubberband the stems together.
|
|
|
Step 6 - Cut the stems so that just the heads of the flowers peer out over the edge of the purse and then insert them into the water glasses.
