Materials:

- Some Easter bonnet
- Some water-proof liner for bonnet, a cereal bowl may work well
- 8 open lily blooms of any variety
- 8 stems maidenhair or Ming fern. Or, select foliage of your choice.
- 1 brick floral foam
- Some cupcakes with icing
- Some Motsey-moto asters and purple delphinium, enough for one bloom per cupcake
- Floral preservative, a knife and clippers

Step 1 - Soak the floral foam in water treated with floral preservative.

Step 2 - Cut the foam to fit the bowl at the rim. Fill the foam-filled bowl with water that has been treated with floral preservative and set it inside of the bonnet.

Step 3 - Cut the greens to about 4- to 5-inches in length. Insert the greens low throughout the foam.
|
|
|
Step 4 - Now cut the lilies to approximately 5-inches in length. Insert one stem in the center of the foam and then surround this stem with more lilies. Place the lilies very close to each other.
