Materials:
| |
- Flower bucket, approximately 14-inches tall x 6-inches in diameter
- 10 stems Casa Rosa or Stargazer lilies, make sure they are about 10-inches taller than the flower bucket
- 5 stems curly willow, make sure they are about 15-inches taller than the flower bucket
- 1/2 inch wide decorative ribbon, enough to hang the holiday cards
- Hole punch
- Holiday cards
- Floral preservative, scissors and clippers
| Directions:
Step 1 - Fill the bucket with water that has been treated with floral preservative.
Step 2 - Cut the lilies to about twice the height of the container and insert them into the bucket. It helps to criss-cross their stems in the bottom of the bucket, as this makes them stand up easily.
Step 3 - Now cut the curly willow, but leave their stems long so that they are taller than the lilies. Criss-cross their stems as well. With the hole punch make a hole in one corner of the card, thread the ribbon through the hole and then hang the card on the curly willow
