Rose Petal Martinis - Recipe by Jill Slater
Rose Petal Martinis

Materials:
(For 1 Rose Petal Martini)

  • 2 roses
  • 1 stem of babies breath
  • 1 martini glass
  • 1 to several green olives (the larger the olive the less olives needed)
  • 1 wood skewer
  • (optional) name tag
Directions:
Step 1 - Remove most of the petals from the rose. You can even pluck out the petaled center to reveal the calyx or center of the rose.

Step 2 - Fill the martini glass with petals and top it off with the petaled calyx. Sprinkle short stems of babies breath into the petaled cocktail to add a bit of faux froth.

Step 3 - Skewer one olive or olives onto the wood skewer, cut it to fit into the rose petal martini glass.

Step 4 - (Optional) Insert the name tag.
