To enter the Ultimate Floral Make Over Contest, Sponsored by Flower Promotion Organization (FPO), complete the official on-line entry form and follow the instructions for submitting your entry electronically. Or complete the official printable entry form, including a paragraph describing the supplies used and the sequential steps taken in the making of the flower arrangement. All entries should include an official entry form, a paragraph described above and one (1) photograph of your finished flower arrangement. All photographs submitted online must be jpeg format, no larger than 100k. Limit one entry per household. Multiple entries by same household will be void. All online entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. CT on August 31, 2004.
