In July, roses are abundant and at a bargain. Roses can be formally arranged with long stems and an elegant silver vase. Roses can be informally arranged in plastic cups or any other casual container. My favorite rose is the spray rose, since you get multiple blooms on each stem. Mix and match pastel colors for a soft color combination. Combine bright red and yellow roses for a brighter combination. You can use a formal 12 stems in a vase, or try multiples of 3 for a more informal look.
