The big "O" this October is Orange! What better way to usher fall into your home with all its warm colors than with bright orange carnations or big orange gerbera daises. Fill a gold or brass tinted vase with several stems of orange lilies. Consider table accents to the vase using dried corn or ornamental squash. Hollow out miniature pumpkins to use as vases for orange mini-carnations accented with purple statice. Orange button mums visually pop out when combined with russet carnations or standard chrysanthemums. October and orange go together like fresh flowers and warm smiles.
